IN CONTINUUM is a progressive rock project founded by American musician Dave Kerzner in 2018. The group was announced on 19 March 2018 in Miami, Florida. Kerzner, known as co‑founder of Sound of Contact and as a solo artist, serves as the project’s keyboardist and primary composer. The initial lineup included vocalist Gabriel Agudo (Steve Rothery Band, ex‑Bad Dreams), bassist and guitarist Matt Dorsey (formerly of Sound of Contact), and guitarist Randy McStine (The Fringe, ex‑Sound of Contact touring member). Additional contributors to the project’s early recordings included guitarist John Wesley, drummers Nick D’Virgilio and Marco Minnemann, and guitarist Fernando Perdomo, a frequent collaborator of Kerzner. IN CONTINUUM’s debut release, the concept album Acceleration Theory, features this extended roster of guest musicians and reflects Kerzner’s ongoing interest in narrative‑driven progressive rock. The project combines elements of modern symphonic prog, melodic rock and science‑fiction‑themed storytelling, continuing the stylistic direction associated with Kerzner’s earlier work.
