The German progressive rock band RPWL has remained an active and influential presence in the European art‑rock scene. In late 2016, the group marked the end of the year with a special performance in Munich’s Olympic Tower, an event noted for its setting high above the city and its celebratory atmosphere among fans and close collaborators. In the following years, the band continued to expand its catalogue. The concert film A New Dawn was released in spring 2017, presenting a large-scale multimedia production. Parallel to this, work progressed on a new RPWL studio album, while vocalist Yogi Lang prepared material for a solo release. The band’s 2005 album World Through My Eyes has remained one of their most recognized works. Its twentieth anniversary was commemorated with a newly mixed and remastered Revisited edition, issued in limited double-vinyl and Blu‑ray audio formats, as well as a CD package featuring Dolby Atmos surround sound. The album’s enduring impact was further acknowledged when RPWL received the IMPALA Silver Award, presented to Yogi Lang and Kalle Wallner alongside former label partner Dirk Jakob of Tempus Fugit.
