Harlis

The band was formed in September 1974 by former Jane members Charly Maucher and Wolfgang Krantz, joined by early Scorpions drummer Werner Löhr. This lineup produced two albums. Their self‑titled debut, released in 1975, delivered straightforward 1970s hard rock reminiscent of the later work of Jane. More than two decades later, the group returned with a second album, Night Meets the Day (1997), which moved toward a more progressive and atmospheric direction. Although their recorded output was limited, the band occupies a small but notable place in the German rock landscape, bridging classic hard‑rock roots with later progressive tendencies.
