Mauro Filler is a guitarist from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with more than two decades of professional experience. Over the years he has worked across a wide range of styles, from blues to heavy metal, but he is best known for his work in the blues‑rock scene. His career has taken him to major Brazilian stages and festivals, including the Rio das Ostras Jazz & Blues Festival, Teatro Rival Petrobrás, and the Mississippi Delta Blues Festival, where he has performed alongside many respected national artists. His playing is shaped by the influence of iconic guitarists such as Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Gary Moore, Adrian Smith, and Warren Haynes. These inspirations can be heard in his tone, phrasing, and dynamic approach to the instrument, blending expressive blues feeling with the power of rock.
